职业本科院校特医食品类课程思政教学研究——以“特医食品开发与应用”课程为例

摘要:开展课程思政教学是保障人才培养质量的重要途径,职业本科作为新兴的办学模式,对课程思政教学提出了新的要求。该文以职业本科特医食品类课程为研究对象,从课程标准编写的源头出发,深度挖掘思政元素,设计教学活动,并以特定章节为例阐述课程思政应用实例。课程教学反馈结果表明,该课程思政的实施效果良好,达到了完善学生价值观体系、提高学生解决实际问题能力的目标,同时也获得了学生较好的课程评价。

The Research of Ideological and Political Education in Vocational Undergraduate School Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) Courses

——Taking“FSMP Development and Application”Course as an Example

Abstract:Practice of ideological and political education is an important way for keeping talents cultivation quality. Vocational undergraduate education as a new education mode in China proposes new requirements for ideological and political education practice. The paper took vocational undergraduate FSMP associated course as the object of study,starting from the source of curriculum standards compiling,digging ideological and political elements fitted for courses, designing teaching activity, and took typical chapter as example to demonstrate ideological and political education practical applications. The teaching feedback result showed a good performance, achieving the goal of perfecting students’ value system and improving students’ ability to solve practical problems,meanwhile the course was also highly evaluated by students.
